StressWatch utilizes your RHR (Resting Heart Rate) and HRV (Heart Rate Variability) data sourced from Apple Health for analysis. The aim is to assess your current stress levels by interpreting the data. The application provides real-time monitoring and instant notifications in case stress levels become elevated, enabling prompt action to manage stress effectively.

How can StressWatch assist you?

<li>During social events when you find yourself pretending to be okay, the app will notify you of a low HRV, signaling stress, suggesting a breather to recharge.</li>
<li>In situations where alcohol consumption impacts your stress levels, the app will remind you to ease up, drink water, and care for your well-being.</li>
<li>Monitor your HRV and stress levels directly from your Apple Watch by adding StressWatch to your Watch Face.</li>
<li>By combining adequate rest and exercise, track and assess your stress levels weekly and monthly to observe improvements over time.</li>

StressWatch was developed with the purpose of aiding individuals in alleviating anxiety amidst this era of stress and pressure. The creation of the "Stress Bubble" underpins the app's design ethos, offering users a visual representation of escalating stress levels through color changes.

Apple Health Integration
StressWatch accesses heart rate data from Apple Watch via Apple Health. Authorization from Apple Health is required for providing alerts, stress statistics, and recommendations. User data is stored locally without any uploads.
